Post Malone Drinks Beer Out Of A Shoe In The Middle Of His Concert
Post Malone is one of the biggest artists in the world and with all that he’s accomplished in his career, he’s able to tour the world without taking a major financial hit. Posty spent time in Australia at the beginning of this month and during one of his concerts, he pleased the crowded by taking part in one of their bizarre traditions. Nobody quite knows how this came about but when American artists make their way Down Under, a popular thing to do during your performance is to fill up a shoe with beer or another drink and consume the beverage directly from the shoe. While that would likely make for a very sticky shoe afterwards and a stinky drink, Posty gladly obliged because, well, beer.

The rapper from Texas is practically obsessed with beer, naming his ultra-popular 2018 album beerbongs and bentleys. He’s still working off the hype from that project and in true Aussie fashion, he stepped on stage and drank straight from a fan’s sneaker. He seemed reluctant to do a “shoey” but after it was all said and done, he turned out kind of enjoying himself, saying that the shoe will now be uncomfortable but that he’s glad to have taken part in the odd tradition.
What’s going on in Australia, man? Why are y’all drinking out of shoes?
