Terry Rozier Rips Celtics Apart In Epic Rant: "I Don't B**** And Complain"
Despite being the favorites to make it out of the Eastern Conference this season, the Boston Celtics were blown out in the second round by the Milwaukee Bucks in just five games. The Celtics struggled down the stretch and were blown out multiple times with their star player Kyrie Irving collapsing under the pressure.
After the game, the Celtics players and coaching staff had to answer for the disappointing end to the season. One of those players was Terry Rozier and he didn’t hold anything back and he completely ripped his team to shreds.
“Everybody was running around with their heads cut off, like chickens,” Rozier said Yahoo Sports. “Coach [Brad Stevens] was in a tough position, one of the toughest positions, dealing with all these guys with attitudes, all that s***. Guys that’s All-Stars, guys getting paid a lot of money, guys trying to get paid. It’s tough.”
Rozier continued by alluding to the fact that he might not come back to Boston next season as he is clearly upset with how the year went.
“A lot of things weren’t fair to me, but it’s not about me. That’s why I don’t bitch and complain,” Rozier said. “I don’t give a f*** what nobody say, I sacrificed the most out of anybody. I’m a top point guard in this league. I feel like it’s a fresh start, whether I’m here or whether I’m gone.”
If Irving and Rozier leave this offseason, the Celtics could be in for a world of trouble.
