Dabo Swinney Wins "Coach Of The Year" Honors

It was a triumphant evening for the Clemson Tigers soccer staff on Monday after they upset the Alabama Crimson Tide with a 44-16 blowout victory. After the sport, Tigers head coach Dabo Swinney claimed that his squad was one of many best groups of all time. Now, Swinney is being honored for his work with the staff, incomes the Paul "Bear" Bryant Coach Of The Year Award.

Swinney isn't any stranger to successful this award because it's his third such honor in 4 seasons. As he defined to ESPN, Swinney goes to must make some area for the award.

"I've received loads of room, so I will stick this one proper there by it," Swinney defined. "To have your title related to this trophy and Coach Bryant is an honor. It's kinda like successful a nationwide championship. ... Coach Bryant, the legacy that he left and instance that he set for all of us coaches and for me, personally ... that is certainly one of my heroes."

The Clemson Tigers can be one of many frontrunners to win the National title subsequent season. They are headed into 2019 ranked #1 within the AP rankings and coach Swinney and his squad will most undoubtedly be hungry to repeat as champions.
