Tekashi 6ix9ine's Alleged Assault Victim Drops Case

Houston, TX – Tekashi 6ix9ine was all smiles leaving a Houston courthouse on Thursday (October 18). Santiago Albarran, the 16-year-old who accused 6ix9ine of attacking him on the Galleria Mall, confirmed up at courtroom to primarily drop the pending assault expenses.

During the proceedings, Albarran reportedly made it clear he didn’t need to prosecute the polarizing rapper.

According to TMZ, Albarran advised 6ix9ine’s legal professional Carl Moore he wasn’t interested by going via with the costs and let prosecutors know that as effectively.

Afterward, the Brooklyn native and Albarran bumped into one another within the hallway the place they posed for an image.

A choose issued a warrant for 6ix9ine again in May following the alleged assault. 6ix9ine was apprehended on the John F. Kennedy International Airport two months later.
